Board Policy 3.60 For Criminal Defense Attorneys:

Pursuant to Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors Policy 3.60 (available at http://sccgov.iqm2.com/Citizens/FileOpen.aspx?Type=4&ID=154849), private criminal defense attorneys who have an office in and do business in Santa Clara County may submit a request to have their contact information posted in County jail facilities.  A law firm is limited to one posting; multiple postings from attorneys affiliated with the same firm are not permitted.  Attorneys wishing to have their information included in the listings must complete the online form on the County’s Department of Correction website at https://www.sccgov.org/sites/doc/Pages/bail-agent-form.aspx by Thursday, December 20, 2018.  The listings in the jail facilities will be updated once per year, and attorneys who wish to have their information included must submit a request each year.
