Join Cassie Springer Ayeni as she discusses how to issue spot (aka avoid malpractice!) disability and ERISA issues. She will explain benefits available through State Disability (SDI), Social Security Disability (SSDI), Workers’ Comp, ERISA STD and LTD (employee benefit plans), and individual disability insurance plans, and discuss how they interact together. She will also explain some ERISA basics for the non-ERISA practitioner. Cassie has practiced plaintiff-side ERISA litigation for 16 years.  She helps people with ERISA disability claims, appeals, and litigation.
