Having a clear and understandable attorney-client contract is the most important tool attorneys can have to eliminate confusion and define the scope of the attorney-client relationship.  The presentation will discuss the fundamental reasons for having a good agreement in place and important provisions that attorneys should consider including to protect themselves and their practice.

This presentation will also include risk management strategies when it comes to selecting the right clients and knowing when it may be time to part ways with a particular client.  It will discuss how handling these difficult situations can actually lead to better client retention and we will explore other strategies for increasing your client retention rate.
