This comprehensive review will cover the process of returning children as mandated by The Hague Convention. Experienced family law attorneys BJ Fadem and Nicole Ford will bring their decades of international experience and provide a summary of the primary articles of the convention, procedure, and best practices.

In addition to The Hague, the presenters will also cover the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA) and its role in interstate custody cases. With these topics combined, Return of the Children is an important seminar on the increasingly critical question of borders and how they affect the practice of family law.
