Get your new year in practice started by coming up to speed on all the new laws and developments in Family Law!

Tracy Duell-Cazes will both inform and entertain you with her always interesting update on the new laws.  She will not leave any new developments under any stack of law books. During one of the hours Tracy will be discussing the New California Rules of Professional Conduct that went into effect November 1, 2018.

The update will also include a review of the all important new tax laws and their effects on spousal support orders.  This hour of the update will be presented by CPA, Megan Thompson.

Attendees will feel confident they can identify and address the new issues that may arise as a result of these new developments.
