Program Description:

They’re back! Andrew Friedman and Anthony Oncidi have once again agreed to present their fast-paced and entertaining and very informative annual employment law update.  As usual, they will provide an up-to-date year review of labor and employment cases and statutes issued during the past 12 months. Topics will include harassment, discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodations, wage and hour updates, arbitration agreements and class actions. This is a must-see event for attorneys representing employees or employers in California.
