 With the recent marked increase in ADA claims and litigation in Santa Clara County, this timely seminar will be of interest and value to our local practitioners. This seminar focuses on:

(1) How landlords and tenants can allocate ADA responsibility in their lease negotiations;

(2) What affirmative action commercial property owners should take to attempt to head off ADA claims;

(3) The current state of affairs of local ADA litigation.
