The goals of this informative and practical seminar are to guide and assist family law attorneys in the preparation of enforceable child and spousal support orders resulting either from a hearing or through stipulation of the parties, promote an understanding of the different procedures available for enforcement of support orders, both private collection and through the Department of Child Support Services, and provide information and procedures as to how to collect on support orders involving special circumstances such as bankruptcy, workers compensation, Social Security, retirement and private insurance.
