Communication skills are key to effective persuasion (in the courtroom and the boardroom), pitching for cases, and fostering meaningful professional relationships. This interactive workshop is tailored specifically to address challenges that practicing lawyers face. Drawing on lessons from both scene work
and improvisation, participants will develop active listening and constructive response techniques, as well as hone their communication skills using mock legal scenarios.

Participants will leave this workshop with:

  • A stronger ability to persuade their colleagues, clients, and courts
  • A more impactful presence (posture, body language, and voice)
  • An improved capacity to listen and connect in professional settings
  • Encouraging ethical practices and how to prevent and discourage attorney misconduct
