Due to the online nature of the seminar, there will be no same-day registrations. Registrants will receive their log-in information via email the day of the event.


In light of the recent developments, join the new Superior Court Case Managers to discuss their practices and policies in handling general civil cases in 2020.  As we navigate the Covid 19 world, this session will also afford the practitioner to engage in dialogue with the bench on best practices.  


The discussion will cover such topics as:

  • Civil Calendars/Law and Motion practices do’s and don’ts
  • To or not to get a court reporter
  • Remote argument without alienation
  •  Are social distancing trials possible?
  • Ex Parte philosophy
