Are you new to the deposition taking process, or are you of the mindset, “I’ve always done it this way"?   Are you taking a deposition for the sake of asking questions or do you have a goal in mind?   In either case, attend this two hour CLE, and learn the basics of deposition practice, and strategies and techniques that you may not have considered before.  The experienced and inexperienced alike will benefit from the program.

This seminar will focus on preparing, taking and using depositions for purposes of settlement, ADR and trial.  Our unique and experienced panel will demonstrate the ins and outs of the deposition practice from the plaintiff's, defense's and court's perspectives.  This interactive seminar will use hypotheticals and role playing techniques.
