This highly interactive "nuts and bolts" of practical solutions to complex challenges will give lawyers (across the "experience spectrum") an opportunity to learn cutting edge strategies regarding discovery, privilege and expert witnesses. Each topic will be covered, structured loosely with the panel spending an hour of presentation and discussion per topic.
