Implicit bias refers to the attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understandings, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner.  These biases are activated involuntarily and without our awareness or intentional control.  This training class will help make you aware of the issue of implicit bias and how it may impact you arbitration of attorney-client fee disputes, and also  the steps and techniques you can employ to minimize your own implicit bias in the fee arbitration context.
