Leadership: SCCBA EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The Executive Committee is a nine member governing committee of the Board of Trustees comprised of the four elected officers and five trustees appointed by the President and ratified by the Board of Trustees.   Primarily, the Executive Committee vets issues and matters prior to being considered by the Board of Trustees.   For a matter to be placed on the Board of Trustees agenda, it must first be vetted by the Executive Committee.  All Executive Committee agenda items must be submitted 10 days in advance of the Executive Committee meeting and submitted to the Executive Director in electronic format.  The Executive Committee has the power to act in the place and stead of the Board of Trustees in connection with administrative and emergency matters of the Association.  For further information on the composition and powers of the Executive Committee, see SCCBA By-laws, Section V.

Executive Committee members may call in to the meeting but should advise Angie Loyola that they are calling in.
